He also represents nursing homes and many other healthcare providers.
With over 25 years of legal experience, Craig brings extensive experience representing various parties before local municipalities in obtaining approvals for zoning changes, zoning variances, subdivision approvals, and land development plan approvals. He is a licensed title insurance agent in both Pennsylvania and Florida, serving as an agent for multiple major title insurance companies.
Craig has served as Hearing Examiner for the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and has lectured on real estate matters for bar associations and professional organizations. His practice encompasses sophisticated real estate transactions and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
